Meet Jenn
Jenn is a Wealth Advisor based in Jacksonville, Florida. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2023 through the acquisition of Paragon Wealth Strategies. Jenn is a Jacksonville University alumnus and a former officer in the U.S. Navy, where she served as a Naval Aviator flying the SH-60F/H Seahawk Helicopter. She served several years on the board of the Financial Planning Association of Northeast Florida, completing her board time as President. Jenn is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Retirement Income Certified Professional®.

Her working style
Trust, partnership, and collaboration with clients is very important to Jenn. When challenging situations or exciting times happen in your lives, she wants to be one of the first people you think to call — whether to bounce ideas off or collaborate on the right course of action. She focuses on building rapport and relationships, taking the time to understand each client’s priorities and financial landscape so she can guide them thoughtfully.

What makes you tick?
Family make me tick. Caring about people, whether in my own family or my family of clients, and knowing I have done the best I can in helping them achieve what is most important in their lives.
What keeps you busy outside of work?
Traveling is amazing and when we can grab time in our busy lives, my husband Craig and I love to spend time with our State Trooper son, Brandon, and George Mason student daughter, Bella. We enjoy an amazing trip or a short weekend away to catch a concert. Oh, and of course, I cannot forget time with our Goldens, Zeppelin and Axl!
