Heather in real life

What keeps you busy outside of work?

Running a busy household for a family of five. When the weather is nice, you’ll usually find me near a field watching my youngest son play baseball. I also enjoy gardening, tennis, yoga, skiing, and spending time outdoors with my family and two dogs.

How do you give back?

I am deeply engaged in my local community, serving on the board of A Place to Be, an organization that fosters belonging and healing through music therapy and expressive arts. Additionally, I am active in the Young Men’s Service League, which promotes volunteerism among mothers and sons. I believe there is nothing better than sharing your passions in life with your children.

Why do you like working at Mercer Advisors?

I enjoy working at Mercer Advisors because of the collaborative culture and strong values. I’m also actively involved in the InvestHERS women’s initiative at Mercer Advisors because I’m passionate about creating a supportive community where women can access mentorship, resources, and trusted advice to navigate their financial paths with confidence.
