Heather began her career in financial services as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and tax professional, advising business owners on complex financial matters. Her early experience shaped her belief in the value of having a knowledgeable, proactive advisor and a collaborative team to support clients through every stage of life.
In 2018, Heather transitioned into wealth management and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2025 after working with MAI Capital Management. Heather is committed to building trusted, long-term relationships with her clients, helping them make informed decisions across all areas of their financial lives.
Heather is actively involved in Mercer Advisors’ InvestHERS women’s initiative. Drawing from her own journey, she understands the unique challenges women face balancing career and family, clarifying earning potential, and navigating life transitions such as divorce, widowhood, or entrepreneurship. She is passionate about creating a supportive community where women can access mentorship, resources, and trusted advice to navigate their financial paths with confidence.
Heather earned her degree from the University of Richmond. She lives in Round Hill, Virginia, with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, tennis, yoga, skiing, and spending time outdoors with her family. She is also deeply engaged in her local community, serving on the board of A Place to Be, an organization that fosters belonging and healing through music therapy and expressive arts. Additionally, she is active in the Young Men’s Service League, which promotes volunteerism among mothers and sons. She believes there is nothing better than sharing your passions in life with your children.
