Grace Farley

Grace has been dedicated to serving clients in financial services since 2016 and joined Mercer Advisors in 2023. She leads a team of client service professionals who provide exceptional support and guidance to clients and wealth teams across multiple markets.

Previously, Grace worked for Mariner Wealth Advisors for nearly six years, where she held several roles, including client service associate, manager of operations, and regional client service manager. A participant in the Charles Schwab Enterprise Executive Leadership Program, Grace is motivated by the opportunity to positively impact the lives of clients and fellow employees.

She enjoys building meaningful relationships and has a passion for client and service- oriented roles. Beginning her career in the service industry at the age of 16, Grace saw firsthand how a well-planned future can transform lives financially, inspiring her to help others achieve similar success.

Outside of work, Grace loves traveling to explore new destinations and meet people from various backgrounds. She lives with her family in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where her husband is an active- duty Army service member. They are enjoying all the area has to offer since arriving in 2024.
