Evan Kennedy

Evan has been in the financial services industry since 2002. Prior to joining Mercer Advisors in 2022, he held roles at Edelman Financial, Signature Estate & Investment Advisors (SEIA), and a mutual fund company, gaining broad experience across investment and advisory services.

Evan is passionate about helping clients achieve Economic Freedom™. He enjoys educating and advising them on the benefits of comprehensive, integrated financial planning — encompassing tax, legal, and risk management strategies. Known for his warm, personal approach, Evan is committed to delivering a high level of service while building lasting relationships with his clients.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University, a FINRA Series 66 license, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional.

A native of northern Virginia, Evan lives near where he grew up with his wife and three daughters. When he’s not working, he enjoys being in nature, especially skiing and rock climbing which are his two biggest outdoor passions.
