David Rich

David has been working in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Mercer Advisors in 2022, he gained experience at small local firms and global financial firms, including Vanguard, Charles Schwab, and USAA. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix. David enjoys helping his clients discover their financial goals, create plans to reach those goals, and manage the process along the way.

He is passionate about building long-term relationships and getting to know his clients, their families, and their pets, as well as hearing about their vacations and hobbies. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional, David uses his broad background and experience to problem-solve and develop unique solutions that help allow his clients the freedom to retire with reduced financial stress. His personal financial experiences enable him to relate to his clients’ life experiences and bring compassion to each relationship.

David strives to give back to the community and profession through organizations such as the Financial Planning Association, Junior Achievement, Arizona Council on Economic Education, Boy Scouts of America, youth sports, and his church.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports and sharing adventures with his four children from their home base in Mesa, Arizona.
