We get you to think about money like you’ve never thought about it before
Has rolling up your sleeves, working hard, and building success always been part of your DNA? Then we believe Mercer Advisors is the wealth management firm for you.
Because we’re here to help you keep building on that success. But at the same time, we fundamentally believe there’s a point in life where the wealth-builder in you deserves to become the wealth-enjoyer of all you’ve attained.
Because to us, helping you protect and grow your wealth is about much more than just your investment portfolio
Of course, a well-managed investment portfolio is the cornerstone to building wealth. And we strive to do that exceptionally well.
But if returns are your sole focus, those returns can quickly be offset by what happens in the other parts of your financial life. Like not preparing for major taxable events, having an incomplete estate plan, a retirement plan that’s on autopilot, or a less than ideal business succession strategy.
So, unlike most firms, we have expertise across financial planning, investing strategy, tax and estate planning, trust services, insurance coverage, and more. With specialists across each of these areas communicating with each other about you, and with you.
Put simply, we help oversee and connect all the dots of your financial life.
They’re here to help you connect all your financial dots

As a relationship manager, Larry has the expertise and flexibility to help clients address any situation in which they find themselves. But it may be his musical background that provides the real flexibility in his character and drives his creative insights. Larry started playing guitar at age nine and soon after he embarked on a musical career that has spanned just about every genre you can name. Larry began his career in financial services by taking finance classes at night. He has worked at a number of firms, including an eighteen-year stint with Charles Schwab, before finding his home at Cordasco Financial Network. When he’s not working, playing music, at the gym, or solving Sudoku puzzles, Larry spends time with his four children and seven grandkids.

Ryan M. Flurer
Financial Planner
Ryan M. Flurer
Financial Planner
Ryan believes in putting in the hard work necessary to make someone else’s day a little brighter. After graduating from Temple University in 2012, he knew he wanted to work with advisors who were fiduciaries—required to put the interests of their clients before their own. Ryan began his career at Cordasco Financial Network as a Client Services Specialist. In his initial role, he provided support to advisors. Ryan moved into his current role in Technology & Data Management where his work enables advisors to serve clients in a more personalized way. It is the people at a company that make it special, and it is the people at home who make life worth it. For Ryan, those people include his wife, Lauren, and son, Jackson.
Dennis Jablonoski
Financial Planner
Dennis Jablonoski
Financial Planner
Dennis discovered his passion for financial services when, as a young man, he walked onto the Philadelphia Stock Exchange floor and had an epiphany: Working there was what he was meant to do. Dennis worked his way up until he eventually became manager for a local brokerage firm where he managed a team of fifteen people. Dennis later joined a major wirehouse firm and became a branch manager and then a sales manager.
After the financial crisis of 2008, Dennis found an opportunity with Cordasco Financial Network where he had the chance to serve people with a complete fiduciary focus.
Dennis and his wife have raised eight children, including two sets of twins. He also enjoys working as an official for football, basketball, and lacrosse.

Evan Salter
Client Service Specialist
Growing up, Evan’s father and grandfather gave him an early exposure to the financial world. Part of that early education involved listening to the “Your Life, Your Wealth” radio show on car rides with his father. That early education contributed to Evan knowing early on what kind of career he wanted—a career in financial services. Evan began his career as an intern with Cordasco Financial Network before joining the firm full-time as a Client Services Specialist. Evan focuses on assisting clients with moving money, servicing accounts, and supporting advisors, as well as helping with data analytics.
