DENVER, JUNE 3, 2025 – Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. (“Mercer Advisors”), a national Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), today announced the acquisition of Full Sail Capital (“Full Sail”), an Oklahoma City-based wealth management firm serving high-net-worth and multigenerational families. Managing $2 billion in client assets, Full Sail marks Mercer Advisors’ second acquisition in Oklahoma and expands its presence in Texas and Oklahoma to more than $7 billion in client assets under management (“AUM”).
Led by David Stanley, Founder and Chief Executive Officer; Scott Cravens, Founder and Chief Operating Officer; and Zac Reynolds, Founder and Chief Investment Officer, Full Sail aligns with Mercer Advisors’ fiduciary-first approach to wealth management. The firm’s highly personalized service model is anchored in five core offerings: financial planning, wealth and asset integration, investment management, estate plan consulting and family office services. By joining Mercer Advisors, Full Sail gains access to enterprise infrastructure, a fully integrated technology platform, expanded talent resources and institutional-grade custom portfolios—all while continuing to serve clients with the same bespoke service that defines their firm.
“At Full Sail, we’ve always held ourselves to the highest fiduciary standard. It’s the very first promise we make to clients in our wealth management agreement: we will always put their interests ahead of our own,” said Stanley. “As we grew, we recognized joining a partner would support us in sustaining the high level of service our clients expect. Mercer Advisors shares our fiduciary-first mindset and brings the robust platform, scale and in-house expertise that will help us take our client experience to the next level. We look forward to providing even greater value to our clients and helping them grow their wealth for generations to come.”
Founded in 2018 with no assets, Full Sail has quickly scaled to serve more than 600 families in the greater Oklahoma City area. Despite its rapid momentum, Full Sail was seeking a partner with a track record of strong organic growth and a client development team that enables advisors to devote their time and energy to serving their existing clients, instead of finding new ones.
“We connected immediately with the Full Sail team on our shared commitment to a client-first and team-oriented culture. We also share excitement about serving more families in Oklahoma and helping them discover the benefits of working with a fiduciary that can provide financial planning, investments, estate, tax, and more all through one integrated team,” said Dave Welling, CEO of Mercer Advisors. “As we welcome Full Sail into our partnership, we’re looking forward to supporting David, Zac, Scott and their team to honor the promises they have made to their clients and achieve their growth goals.”
Added Martine Lellis, Principal, M&A Partner Development, who led the process for Mercer Advisors: “Dozens of firms, among the more than 100 partners that have joined us, have experienced accelerated growth in local markets. We see the same potential in Full Sail to extend their presence as a market leader in Oklahoma City.”
By joining Mercer Advisors, Full Sail’s 14 teammates gain access to an extensive suite of services, including advanced family office capabilities, enhanced estate and tax planning support and specialty planning resources. This strategic partnership will empower Full Sail to elevate its client offerings, scale its operations and further strengthen its legacy of delivering trusted, multigenerational wealth management.
“Full Sail has built something special—an independent firm rooted in the South, delivering family office-level service with a personal touch,” said Daniel Gourvitch, President of Mercer Advisors.. “Partnering with Full Sail not only extends Mercer Advisors’ footprint in a key region, but it also provides this fast-growing team with the tools and scale they need to unlock advisors’ potential. Together, we’re better positioned to serve the evolving needs of affluent families across Oklahoma and beyond.”
Hue Capital Partners, LLC, served as exclusive financial advisor to Full Sail Capital.

2024 – Barron’s Top 100 RIA methodology
Mercer Advisors was ranked number 1 for firms with up to $70 billion in client assets. In 2024 Barron’s ranked the largest registered investment advisor firms separately from its broader RIA ranking. For Barron’s Mega RIAs list, they selected firms that manage 2% or more of the total assets of all ranking applicants. This year, that created a threshold of $70 billion in assets. Advisers who wish to be ranked fill out a 100+ question survey about their practice. Barron’s verifies that data with regulatory databases and then Barron’s applies their rankings formula to the data to generate a ranking. The formula features three major categories of calculations: (1) Assets (2) Revenue (3) Quality of practice. In each of those categories Barron’s does multiple sub calculations including asset type, growth, client retention, technology spending, succession planning, diversity of their teams, charitable and philanthropic work and compliance records. No fee was paid for participation in the ranking, however, Mercer Advisors has paid a fee to Barron’s to use the ranking in marketing.
Neither rankings and/or recognitions by unaffiliated rating services, publications, media, or other organizations, should be construed by a client or prospective client as a guarantee that he/she will experience a certain level of results if Mercer Advisors is engaged, or continues to be engaged, to provide investment advisory services. Rankings published by magazines, and others, generally base their selections exclusively on information prepared and/or submitted by the recognized adviser. Rankings are generally limited to participating advisers (see participation criteria/methodology). Unless expressly indicated to the contrary, Mercer Advisors did not pay a fee to be included on any such ranking. No ranking or recognition should be construed as a current or past endorsement of Mercer Advisors by any of its clients.
