Janice Donovan

Janice is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in a variety of areas. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has honed her skills in operations, including new account openings, money movement, trading, reporting, and research.

Janice began her career as a receptionist and has steadily advanced, supporting advisors in the operations department. Before joining Mercer Advisors in 2021, Janice worked at Mirsky Financial Management Corp. and previously served as a client services associate at Tompkins Financial Advisors. She holds an associate degree in office technology.

Janice resides in Brighton, New York, with her husband and two rescue dogs, Zach and Guinness. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, and traveling.
