Meet Stephanie
Stephanie is a Wealth Advisor based in Columbus, Ohio. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2026 through the acquisition of NorthAvenue Financial Advocates, where she served since 2020. She joined the firm as a Client Service Associate, advanced to Associate Advisor a year later, and became Lead Advisor and Partner in January 2025. Stephanie earned a B.A. degree in foreign language and literature from Washington State University and an M.S. degree in personal financial planning from Kansas State University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
Motivated by a passion for financial education, Stephanie is energized by helping people — especially younger generations — gain the knowledge and guidance they need to make confident financial decisions and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
My husband and three daughters keep me busy. My oldest daughters are in college, and the youngest is in high school. We are actively involved in our church and volunteer in various capacities.
What’s one thing you are surprisingly good at?
Baking. I love to create desserts in the kitchen. My daughter said I’m especially good at making frosting. When I visit the Columbus office, I frequently bring in desserts for everyone.
What makes you tick?
I was raised by two farm kids from Idaho. They taught me to work hard, be financially frugal, serve God, and always try to improve myself.
