Will in real life
What keeps you busy outside of work?
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my family. My wife and I stay active keeping up with our two sons and their busy sports schedules. I love coaching their teams and being part of their athletic journey. Sports have always been an important part of my life, and sharing that passion with my boys is incredibly rewarding.
Any words you try to live by?
Don’t be good; be great!
What’s one thing you are surprisingly good at?
I am surprisingly good at recognizing patterns and making decisions under pressure. Whether it’s coaching during a close game, analyzing a challenging situation, or helping clients navigate financial decisions, I enjoy finding practical solutions and adapting as circumstances change.
