Obed is a Retirement Plan Specialist based in Houston, Texas. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2025 after serving at The K Corporation as a Retirement Plan Specialist. Obed earned a B.S. degree in neuroscience from Baylor University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Sam Houston State University. Obed is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor.

Obed thrives on learning new things and finding innovative ways to solve problems, streamline processes, and see projects through to completion.
