Elaina is a Partner of Tax Services, based in Encino, California. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2025 through the acquisition of Singer Burke where she was Tax Partner at Singer Burke Zimmer & Kogan, LLP. She had worked at Singer Burke since 2003, specializing in helping high-net-worth clients manage and reduce tax liability, both individually and as business owners. Elaina holds a Master in Business Taxation degree and a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Elaina works hard and values collaboration. She believes in lifting people up and supporting them so they can succeed. Nothing makes her happier than helping someone grow or watching a problem get solved because it was tackled together. She loves rolling up her sleeves, finding solutions, and helping clients build financial stability.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, catching a great theater show, staying active with workouts, and indulging in good sushi.
Favorite thing about where you live?
The Hollywood Bowl is my favorite Los Angeles venue because there’s nothing quite like enjoying live music under the stars, surrounded by the energy of the crowd and the beauty of the Hollywood Hills.
What makes you tick?
What really keeps me going is knowing that what I do actually makes a difference — for my clients, my team, and my family. That sense of impact is what gives me energy and purpose every day.
