Dylan is a Client Service Specialist based in Fairport, New York. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2025. Dylan spent three years as an analyst for the college student-led Sustainability Investment Group. She holds a B. A. degree from the College of Liberal Arts, with a minor in business, from University of Texas at Austin.

What keeps you busy outside of work?
I love spending time outside, whether I’m on a run or taking my dogs for a leisurely walk. I’ll take advantage of any opportunity to travel, and I also love to read.
Favorite thing about where you live?
Experiencing the changing of the seasons is always exciting. The joy that comes with the first snow of winter almost makes up for the 4 p.m. sunsets!

As a Yankees fan, I’m inspired by Babe Ruth’s words, “You just can’t beat the person who never gives up.”
