Andrea Royster

Andréa joined Mercer Advisors in 2025, bringing extensive experience across multiple facets of the financial services industry. She began her career in wealth management at an investment advisory firm in Boston, where she developed a strong foundation in client service and financial planning.

Her career path led her into the retirement plan sector, where she deepened her expertise in both defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB) plans. Starting with participant support at a major investment firm, Andréa quickly expanded her role to include working closely with advisors, plan sponsors, and third-party administrators. She has since become a trusted resource for retirement plan design, strategy, and operational guidance.

Andréa earned her Bachelor of Science in finance and a Master of Science in leadership from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

In her spare time Andréa enjoys baking, watching movies, listening to audiobooks, and spending quality time with family and friends, whether it’s a lively game night or a casual get-together.
