Andréa is a Retirement Plan Specialist based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Andréa joined Mercer Advisors in 2025 after serving as Client Service Manager for Principal Financial Group. Before that, she held positions at Newport Group (now Ascensus), PNC, Morgan Stanley, and Fidelity Investments. Andréa earned a B.S. degree in finance and an M.S. degree in leadership from Northeastern University, and she finds motivation in the opportunities to learn and grow every day in her role.
