Hussein Elgohary

Hussein began his career in financial services in 2016. Before joining Mercer Advisors in 2025, he most recently held roles at Earned Wealth and Charles Schwab.

As a wealth advisor, Hussein helps individuals and families grow, protect, and enjoy their wealth, so they can live their best life with confidence. He thrives at building financial plans to help clients achieve their dreams. Hussein truly values building deep and trusting relationships with his clients while supporting them through their financial journey.

Hussein’s early life challenges taught him the importance of organized finances and having a clear continuation plan in place. They also inspired him to have a career helping others prepare for the unexpected and protect what matters most.

Hussein earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management and finance from California State University, Fullerton and a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from University of California, Irvine. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.

Born in Saudi Arabia, Hussein grew up between there and Egypt before moving to Irvine, California as a high school student. His multicultural background allows him to connect authentically with a diverse range of clients. He loves being outdoors and has traveled to more than 55 countries. He’s a former college soccer player and has been practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over a decade.

Hussein lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife. He actively volunteers by teaching kids Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu and helping them build confidence, discipline, and physical fitness. Hussein is fluent in Arabic.
