Meet Max
Max was an original team member and partner at Full Sail Capital before joining Mercer Advisors in 2025. He began his career in financial services in 2017 after several years practicing law. He earned his B.S. in finance from Oklahoma State University.
Max is driven by the idea of working closely with people to help them get from where they are to where they want to go. He believes that what he does as an advisor requires an understanding of numbers as well as emotions. Helping clients navigate the world of investing and their personal relationship with money, when done with both evidence and intentionality, can set them up for success for years to come. It’s this blend of analytical rigor and emotional insight that Max brings to every client interaction.

Max in real life
What keeps you busy outside of work?
Outside of work you’ll find me spending time with my wife and two boys, traveling or golfing.
How do you give back?
I serve as President and a board member of the Oklahoma City chapter of the First Tee, a youth development organization that teaches life skills through the game of golf. I’m also a board member and Secretary for the Downtown Club of Oklahoma City.
Favorite thing about where you live?
As a lifelong Oklahoman, I have a deep admiration for Oklahoma City. The transformation this city has gone through over the past 30 years is amazing, and it’s largely because of the quality of our people. Thunder up!
