Richard in real life
What makes you tick?
Born and raised in England, I first lived in the small village of Knowle in the Midlands. As a young man, I lived and worked in Central London. Living overseas is a sure way to develop a respect and understanding of other people and cultures.
What’s one thing you are surprisingly good at?
Tinkering with electrical and mechanical devices. I like to attempt to repair things!
Any words you try to live by?
I used to work as a stock broker on the floor of the London Stock Exchange. I love the LSE motto of “Dictum meum pactum” which means, “My word is my bond.”
