Neal has been dedicated to comprehensive financial planning since 2020. He strives to alleviate financial stress for his clients through customized financial plans, attentive listening, and connections to additional Mercer Advisors resources.

His passion for demystifying financial concepts extends into his personal life. With a professional and academic background in behavioral finance, Neal is well-equipped to engage in deeper discussions as desired. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2025, bringing his expertise and commitment to client service.

Neal holds an undergraduate degree in financial counseling and planning from Iowa State University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional.

Enthusiastic about cycling, skydiving, and minimalism, Neal cherishes his upbringing in a large family in Ames, Iowa. Since 2023, he has been volunteering at VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance), providing free tax preparation services to low- to moderate-income individuals and families.
