Gracie Tiedeman

Gracie is dedicated to delivering a personalized client experience, with a strong focus on elite service and meaningful relationships. She takes pride in helping clients achieve their financial goals by understanding what matters most to them, both financially and personally. Gracie is especially passionate about helping clients bring structure and organization to their financial lives, empowering them with clarity and confidence.

Gracie joined Mercer Advisors in 2024 with the acquisition of Transitions Wealth Management. She also previously worked at Denver Retirement Partners. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University in Pueblo.

Outside of work, Gracie enjoys life in her home state of Colorado with her husband, three children, their dog, and a lively flock of chickens. She loves baking and cake decorating, tending to her plants, practicing yoga, and embracing the beauty of the outdoors.
