Michelle is a Wealth Advisor at Mercer Advisors in Jacksonville, Florida. She joined the firm in 2023 through the acquisition of PARAGON Wealth Strategies, a wealth management firm she built and ran prior to partnering with Mercer Advisors. She holds a B.A. degree in Spanish and business from the University of Louisville and a M.S.F.S. degree in legacy planning from The American College of Financial Services. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Retirement Income Certified Professional®, and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living.

What makes you tick?

I enjoy being outdoors, riding my motorcycle, being on the water on a stand-up paddleboard, and tending to my flower garden.

What’s one thing you are surprisingly good at?

I ride my Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic. I spent the month of July 2025 traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway area with only what my motorcycle could carry.

What makes you tick?

I volunteer with the American Legion Riders, which supports Veterans’ causes.
