Trace Winn

Trace is passionate about building deep, long-term relationships with clients and helping them achieve Economic Freedom™ through comprehensive wealth management. With a natural curiosity about people, he enjoys learning their unique stories and using the full suite of Mercer Advisors services to help bring their vision for life to reality. Having experienced firsthand the power of personal financial organization, Trace is driven to provide clients with the clarity and confidence that comes from having a thoughtful plan in place.

Before becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional, Trace held roles in client service, portfolio consulting, and financial planning after joining Mercer Advisors in 2022. Prior to that, he worked as a project manager at the Mayo Clinic. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Arizona State University.

Outside of work, Trace enjoys reading, writing, working out, golfing, and keeping up with Arizona sports. He also loves traveling, spending time with friends, and being with his wife and daughter. A native of Salt Lake City, Trace now calls Arizona home, where he appreciates the winter weather, diverse landscapes, and proximity to family and community.
