Naishee Shah

Naishee is a Chartered Financial Analyst®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional, and Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor℠ with more than five years of experience in financial planning and investment analysis.

She began her career in India, specializing in real estate construction financing and financial due diligence. After relocating to the U.S., she earned her CFA® and CFP® certifications, broadening her expertise in portfolio management and holistic financial planning. She joined Vishria Bird Financial Group which merged with Mercer Advisors in 2025.

Naishee leverages her diverse background to develop comprehensive, tailored financial plans for clients. Her approach involves a thorough understanding of each client’s unique goals and risk tolerance, allowing her to create customized planning strategies that align with their specific needs. She values building strong client relationships and delivering thoughtful, data-driven strategies that support long-term financial success.

Naishee holds a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from the London School of Economics and a Master of Science in personal financial planning from the College of Financial Planning.

Outside of work, Naishee enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures.
