Mike helps clients to be confident in their decisions by fully explaining financial principles in understandable terms. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2023, when the firm he co-founded in 2009, Andesa Financial Management, Inc., joined Mercer Advisors. At Andesa, Mike was primarily responsible for client relationship management and business growth and development. He also oversaw the Financial Planning Operations of the firm. Prior to founding Andesa Financial Management, Mike was a Senior Vice President with Wachovia Bank in the trust and wealth management division. Mike received his bachelor’s degree in religion from Bucknell University. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Lehigh Valley Estate Planning Council and is extremely active at Grace Church Bethlehem, He is a bad golfer, a decent gardener, and fairly good at shooting sporting clays. He and his wife, Erica, live in Saucon Valley with their two children.
