Matthew in real life
What keeps you busy outside of work?
I enjoy staying active — whether it’s road biking, hiking, traveling, playing pickleball, golfing, or catching a live music show. I value time with friends and family, love a great meal, and rarely miss a good college football game.
How do you give back?
I am committed to giving back through mentorship, volunteering, and supporting organizations like Meals on Wheels. I believe in making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
What makes you tick?
I grew up in a small town in Iowa, where my parents worked in education. Watching them serve others taught me the importance of treating people with respect, helping them, and educating along the way. Those lessons remain deeply ingrained in my approach to advising today.
