Madison began her career in finance in 2020 at Starks Financial Group, which joined Mercer Advisors in 2022.
In her role, she builds and updates financial plans for prospective and ongoing clients, using her analytical skills to model scenarios and create tailored strategies that help clients confidently pursue Economic Freedom™. Inspired by her father, a financial advisor, Madison brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every plan she develops.
Madison earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and thrifting. She also loves spending time in the mountains hiking and being with her family.
