Leah Manderson

Leah is a regional vice president and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® with more than seven years of experience in financial services. She previously held positions at Charles Schwab, Voya Financial Advisors, and World Investment Advisors before joining Mercer Advisors in 2025.

In her role, Leah develops relationships with prospective clients to determine if the comprehensive financial planning, investment, tax, and generational planning approach we offer is the right fit for them.

Leah enjoys building relationships and is naturally extroverted. She likes how seemingly small changes to a financial plan can dramatically alter the long-term realization of goals. She loves hearing about people’s unique dreams, visions and values.

Originally from Atlanta, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.

Outside of work, Leah spends time with her husband and two school-aged children. She is involved in her children’s school.
