Kimi thrives in her role in client service, where she does what she loves most — connecting with clients, creating positive experiences, and building lasting relationships. Known for her warmth and friendliness, she brings a personal touch to every interaction while delivering responsive, detail-oriented support.

Before joining D. Scott Neal, Inc., which partnered with Mercer Advisors in 2025, Kimi managed dental practices, where she developed strong skills in business operations, efficiency, and client relations. She holds an associate’s degree in business administration and brings a thoughtful, service-driven mindset to her work every day.

Outside the office, Kimi embraces the things that bring her joy, including spending time with friends and family, hanging out with her doodles, traveling to new places, and diving into Pilates (she’s still working on mastering the hundred!). She believes in balance and brings that same energy and enthusiasm into everything she does.
