Jessica is an executive managing director for Mercer Advisors overseeing 20 offices in the firm’s west division while leading a national focus on client experience. She works to ensure that the firm’s “family office for your family” promise is delivered consistently to the more-than-32,000 families Mercer Advisors serves. In addition to her leadership roles, she continues to directly advise a number of families. One of the firm’s 450-employee owners, she is a member of the firm’s investment committee and serves on the subcommittee focused on value-based investing strategies.
Since joining Mercer Advisors in 2007, Jessica has garnered experience across the firm’s operations, working as a client service specialist, financial planner, wealth advisor, director, and managing director. She was part of the group that founded InvestHERs, the Mercer Advisors initiative to make the firm the wealth manager of choice for female investors and one of the best workplaces for women in the financial services profession, where she particularly worked to create its mentorship program.
In recent years, Forbes has recognized her as one of the Top Women Wealth Advisors in 2020 and 2021, the Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors in 2021, the Top Best-In-State Women Advisors in 2022 and 2024 and 2025, and the Top Best-In-State Wealth Advisors in 2022 and 2024. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Jessica graduated cum laude from Westmont College with a degree in economics and business.
A lifelong Californian who can’t live too far from the coast, Jessica was born in Long Beach, grew up in San Diego, lived in San Francisco for over a decade, where she was a founding member of the Mercer Advisors Bay Area team, and now lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and three sons. When she’s not busy with her boy mom duties, Jessica likes to spend time outdoors in the superior weather with running, hiking and yoga.
