Frances in real life
What keeps you busy outside of work?
When I’m not helping clients navigate their financial journeys, you’ll likely find me chasing adventure in the Pacific Northwest — whether that’s skiing down snowy slopes, paddleboarding on a quiet lake, or trail running through the woods with my dog, Wylie.
Any words you try to live by?
When I was young, my grandmother showed me a marble she had etched with the golden rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” She has since passed but I have that marble at home and try to live by it every day.
Why do you like working at Mercer Advisors?
I have been at Mercer Advisors since 2014 and have found a home here. The firm is always focused on our quadruple botttom line: our clients, our employees, our shareholders, and our community.
