Eric in real life
Favorite thing about where you live?
I live outside Boston. Proximity to the water and the mountains is key to me. Also, I’m a big Boston sports fan and enjoy cheering on the Red Sox and Celtics.
How do you give back?
I’m passionate about giving back in ways that create meaningful connections and opportunities. I volunteer with 3rd Decade to support financial literacy, and I stay involved with my alma mater, Ohio Wesleyan, by participating in the Career Connections program — meeting with students for informational interviews and mentoring. Within Mercer Advisors, I contribute to our internal mentor program, helping colleagues grow and succeed. I also regularly donate blood through the American Red Cross as a simple but impactful way to support the broader community.
Any words you try to live by?
“Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.” — Robert Louis Stevenson
