Emma Jones

Emma is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional and earned the Accredited Financial Counselor certification. She previously worked for Paragon Wealth Strategies, a boutique firm that joined Mercer Advisors in 2023, where she was responsible for maintaining all client accounts and collaborating with clients to create customized financial plans.

Inspired by the 2008 financial crisis, Emma chose a career in wealth management to help individuals and families prepare for unexpected financial adversity. She believes that learning about personal finances helps empower her clients to make life decisions that can lead to a more satisfactory life.

Emma graduated summa cum laude from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in personal financial planning. During her time there, she was a section leader for piccolos in the marching band and played on the women’s rugby team.

Outside of the office, Emma and her husband enjoy attending country music concerts, traveling, and kayaking at various Florida beaches and springs. She loves quilting and reading and has a goal of visiting all of the National Parks. Emma also volunteers at the nonprofit organization 3rd Decade, which provides free financial mentoring and education to young adults.
