Elizabeth Hioe

Elizabeth is responsible for aligning talent strategy and HR programs with Mercer Advisors’ commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. She is also a member of the company’s executive leadership team. Elizabeth joined Mercer Advisors in 2024 from Standard Industries where she served as chief administrative officer and chief human resources officer. Previously, she was a partner at McKinsey & Company as a core leader in their organization practice. Elizabeth has a B.S. in chemical engineering from Rice University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She resides in Denver and serves as a board member for Presenting Denver, a nonprofit that connects the local dance community.
