Drew is passionate about helping organizations simplify complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. In his role, he partners with nonprofit institutions and organizations to deliver tailored solutions that support their missions and long-term goals. Drew values becoming an extension of the teams he serves while collaborating closely to provide insight, structure, and added value. He also works on partnering with organizations interested in Mercer Advisors family office services.

Before joining Mercer Advisors, Drew spent nine years at BlackRock in New York, where he served as chief of staff to the chief operating officer. He also held several leadership roles within Aladdin, BlackRock’s technology business, and contributed to corporate strategy initiatives. Drew earned his A.B. in history from Princeton University.

Originally from South Carolina, Drew spent a decade in Manhattan after college before settling in suburban Philadelphia, his wife’s hometown, to raise their family. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active, playing golf, and chasing after his toddler son. He also serves on the board of the Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art in Amherst, Massachusetts.
