Debby is a Sr. Manager, Tax, based in Carlsbad, California. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2023 with 24 years of experience. Previously, she held senior tax manager positions at Windham Brannon and PwC. Debby earned a B.S. degree in accounting and a Master of Tax Accounting degree from the University of Alabama and is also a certified public accountant (CPA).

What keeps you busy outside of work?
I spend most my time outside of work with my family and often on the soccer sidelines cheering them on.
Favorite thing about where you live?
I moved to San Diego in 2021 and have enjoyed learning a new city. The coastal vibes here are relaxed and a bit gritty. The weather and tacos can’t be beat.
