Chadwick Dickison

Chad began his career in the financial services industry in 2018. Prior to joining Mercer Advisors in 2025, he spent most of his career at Merrill Lynch, providing investment management to high-net-worth clients. Most recently, Chad worked on the investor relations team at Golub Capital, an alternative asset management firm, assisting clients with private credit-focused investments.

In both positions, Chad observed that clients were not making investment decisions aligned with their holistic financial goals, prompting him to move into financial planning to help clients improve their decision-making abilities.

Chad graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a concentration in finance. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in personal financial planning. Chad has started multiple small businesses and enjoys helping entrepreneurs navigate the unique challenges they face.

A competitive sailor, Chad has earned multiple podium finishes in international races and is determined to become a world record holder in the future. He built his sailing foundation in Newport, Rhode Island, but now resides in the heart of Washington, DC.
