Casey Dever

Casey is a natural leader with a passion for creating smooth, efficient office operations and implementing best practices. As the first voice clients hear when calling the Louisville and Lexington offices, she is a trusted and familiar presence. Casey is a valued and dependable asset of the office.

She began her career in 2011 as an administrative assistant at D. Scott Neal, Inc., which partnered with Mercer Advisors in April 2025. Before transitioning into the business world, Casey built a strong foundation in healthcare — rising from secretary to medical assistant, then EKG technician, and ultimately travel team leader for a pediatric cardiology practice. During that time, she earned her associate’s degree in business management and administration from Sullivan University.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children. She has a love for classic cars, Kentucky basketball, and gardening.
