Meet Brent
Brent is a Partner at Mercer Advisors, based in Springfield, Missouri. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2022 through the acquisition of Heim, Young & Associates which he built and ran since 2004. Prior to working as a wealth advisor, Brent served as an officer and hospital administrator in the U.S. Air Force, as well as the director of operations for Precision Stainless/ITT Industries.
Brent received a B.S. degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a MBA from Drury University. He credits his career in the Air Force with instilling a mindset and culture of service in his life that continues to be the focus in his current career.

I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children.

During my career, I have served on more than 20 boards and committees for nonprofit organizations in Southwest Missouri.
