Adam in real life
How do you give back?
I love to give back by acting as a mentor or coach. I lead a mentorship program in my local community, where I actively mentor young professionals and connect my community’s aspiring leaders with role models who may provide the guidance needed to grow. I also regularly serve as a guest speaker for several non-profit organizations and synagogues.
What keeps you busy outside of work?
Faith, family, and fitness! I’m very active in the Denver Jewish community, having served on the board of my synagogue and a local outreach organization called The Jewish Experience. I also participate in a program to learn a page a day of the Talmud (the ancient Jewish code of law), with the goal of finishing the entire series over a seven-and-a-half year period! My family is an incredible source of strength, with my wife Sophie, daughter Rina, and son Avi. And having been a college athlete, I’ve always been involved in endurance sports, including running marathons, cross-country skiing, and triathlons.
What’s one thing you are surprisingly good at?
Having trained and practiced for the past several years as a professional coach, I’m good at finding the core of an issue, and am able to ‘read between the lines’. It’s amazing how much information we share in our body language and energy. As a student of the ‘human condition’, I’m fascinated with how we communicate and how I can continue to refine my communication skills.
