Question

What is Form ADV?

Answer

Form ADV is the primary registration and disclosure document that registered investment advisers file with the SEC. Part 1 contains information about the firm’s business, ownership, and clients. Part 2A (the “Firm Brochure”) describes the firm’s services, fees, investment strategies, conflicts of interest, and disciplinary history in plain language. Mercer Advisors’ Form ADV Part 2A is available on this page. Every advisory firm’s Form ADV is publicly accessible — reviewing it is one of the strongest tools any prospect has.

A link to Mercer Global Advisors’ ADV Part 2A is available on the footer of this webpage or by accessing the firm search on the Investment Advisor Public Disclosure website using our CRD # 147363.
