Meet Susan

Susan is a Sr. Wealth Advisor based in Morristown, New Jersey. She joined Mercer Advisors in 2018 through the acquisition of Traust Sollus Wealth Management where she served as an advisor for 11 years. She holds a BBA degree in accounting from the University of Miami and a Master of Taxation from Seton Hall University. She also carries the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a registered investment advisory representative (IAR). Susan in real life

What keeps you busy outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my three grown daughters, playing golf with my husband, traveling and having family dinners.

Why do you like working at Mercer Advisors?

My goal 18 years ago in seeking this job was to “help people” and I feel I am doing this on a daily basis. I consider myself a great role model to my three daughters by showing them if they are working in a field they love then hard work becomes easy and leads to a successful career. This has led me to becoming a shareholder in the firm. At the same time, I have work-life balance to enjoy time with my family whether it is playing golf or traveling.

Favorite thing about where you live?

I live in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, which is within close proximity of New York City, the Jersey Shore, and the mountains. We also have great access to three major airports which makes travel easy.
