Mercer Advisors Inc. (“Mercer Advisors”), a national Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) firm, announced today that Daniel Gourvitch has joined as President with the charter to lead RIA platform development and delivery, reporting to CEO Dave Welling. Before joining Mercer Advisors, Mr. Gourvitch was Head of Platform within the Aladdin Business at BlackRock and is also a former Partner at McKinsey & Company and a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs.

Mercer Advisors also announced the addition of Jessica Caruso and Joseph Young to the Mercer Advisors’ Senior Leadership Team. Both Caruso and Young are Senior Directors and Senior Wealth Advisors who have distinguished themselves as advisors, leaders, and in their ability to drive significant organic growth in a region. Ms. Caruso also leads the firm’s employee mentorship program and serves on the steering committee for InvestHERS, a renowned diversity program designed to better attract women into the financial services industry, as well as to better serve the unique financial planning needs of women investors. She is also the Practice Lead as part of the Retirement Plan Group. Mr. Young also serves as a member of Mercer Advisors’ Investment Committee.

Mr. Gourvitch brings significant experience in wealth management and managing rapidly growing businesses to Mercer Advisors. Most recently, Daniel was Head of Platform within the Aladdin Business at BlackRock. Before BlackRock, Gourvitch was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he was a member of the Consumer Division Operating Committee. At McKinsey, Gourvitch’s work focused on building and scaling wealth management businesses, and he co-led the Wealth Management practice in the Americas.
