However, Mercer Global Advisors’ affiliated entity, Mercer Advisors Insurance Services (“MAIS”), is an insurance agency licensed to sell insurance products. While some investment professionals, in their separate individual capacities as licensed insurance agents, continue to earn insurance commission compensation from insurance products sold prior to joining Mercer Global Advisors, the investment professional must refer all prospective new insurance sales to MAIS. MAIS does not share insurance commissions with Mercer Global Advisors or the investment professional.
