Trey in real life

What makes you tick?

What really drives me is connecting with people, trying new experiences, and giving back whenever I can. Growing up in Raleigh, North Carolina, in a family devoted to service, I learned early the value of purpose, integrity, and making a difference in the lives of others.

What keeps you busy outside of work?

Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with family and friends. As a father of two young daughters, I’m always on the go. Depending on the season, you’ll find us skiing or hiking in the mountains, relaxing at the beach, or exploring someplace new. For me, it’s all about making memories, meeting new people, and enjoying the moments that matter most.

Any words you try to live by?

I love the attitude of making a difference, no matter how small. I try to live life with curiosity, openness, and empathy — and helping others find their voice. I’ve seen first-hand how even small acts of kindness can ripple outward, creating a more meaningful and positive impact on our community.
