Yvonne Jimenez

Yvonne is a sr. wealth advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional with more than 25 years’ experience in financial services, including 20 years dedicated to guiding individuals and families through complex financial decisions. She spent 17 years at TIAA-CREF and most recently worked at Vanguard before joining Mercer Advisors in 2025.

She began her career in New York working with institutional clients but quickly discovered her true passion: helping individuals build financial security and clarity in their personal lives. Yvonne brings deep expertise in collaborating with high-net-worth individuals and families, blending strategic insight with a deeply personal approach to planning. She is passionate about helping clients align their financial lives with their values — whether that means preparing for retirement, building a legacy, or supporting the causes they care about.

Fluent in Spanish, Yvonne also serves clients who prefer to communicate in Spanish. She ensures that every client feels heard, understood, and empowered to make confident financial decisions.

Yvonne is an active member of the Women’s Leadership Alliance and contributes her time and expertise through pro bono work via the CFP Board.

She earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Originally from Chicago, she now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. Outside of work, Yvonne is an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys hiking, traveling, and volunteering in her community. She finds balance and inspiration in nature and brings that same intentionality and energy to her partnerships with clients.
