William Sands

Will has been with Mercer Advisors since he joined as an intern. He previously served at Optima Fund Management. Will is dedicated to helping clients distill the various components of their financial plans, providing them with confidence and helping them achieve their goals.

He graduated from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business with dual degrees in personal financial planning and data analytics. Inspired by his parents, who work in financial services, and his college mentor, a wealth advisor at Mercer Advisors, Will pursued a career in wealth management.

He is passionate about blending finance with personal connections, creating long-lasting relationships with his clients, and helping them achieve both personal and financial goals.

Outside the office, Will enjoys skiing, golfing, and supporting the Philadelphia Eagles. A native of the New York City area, he embraces the opportunities to engage in activities around Boulder.
