Paul in real life
How do you give back?
I value giving back to my community. I have been on the board with the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown for 15 years and joined the board of directors for Wildlands Conservancy, a local environmental stewardship and land preservation organization, in 2023. I like to roll up my sleeves, pitch in, and use my business, organization development, and leadership development skills to add value within our community.
What makes you tick?
At my core, I’m a common sense problem solver. I like taking complex topics and simplifying them into action. Our culture today seems to overcomplicate things that have simple answers and oversimplify things that require nuance and complexity. Wisdom is understanding when each apply to a given situation.
What keeps you busy outside of work?
My family keeps me busy and, during the fall, Penn State football! My wife and I have two daughters and keeping up with their activities sometimes feels like a full-time job. But I love investing in them, their activities, schools, and our family more broadly.
