Nick Lyons in real life
What keeps you busy outside of work?
Most of my free time is spent with my wife and two boys. We spend our weekends trying to run out our kids’ energy through sports and birthday parties. Outside of family, I enjoy playing an occasional round of golf and watching college football and the Astros.
Favorite thing about where you live?
As a fifth generation Houstonian, I love that Houston still has a “small town” feel, despite being the fourth largest city in America. The people are warm and friendly and the food is amazing.
How do you give back?
We spend considerable time volunteering at our church and kids’ school. I’m active in the Knights of Columbus, Trees for Houston and volunteered for the Houton Live Stock Show and Rodeo for over a decade.
