Miles Hale

Miles joined Mercer Advisors in 2025 after four years as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army, where he led large-scale construction projects both domestically and abroad. His experience as a project manager sharpened his leadership skills and deepened his commitment to delivering results.

In his client service role, Miles is dedicated to building lasting relationships and providing exceptional support. He’s driven by the opportunity to work alongside a mission-driven team, helping clients pursue their path to Economic Freedom™.

Miles holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Westmont College, where he graduated cum laude. A Santa Barbara native, he values the opportunity to raise his two children with his wife, Grace, in the community he calls home. You’ll also find him enjoying the coastal lifestyle: surfing, cycling to the office, or playing tennis and golf.
