As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Mercer Advisors Inc. and its subsidiaries, Mathew oversees the company’s legal affairs and directs the Legal Department. His principal areas of responsibility include mergers and acquisitions, litigation, employment, contract negotiations, risk management, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Mercer Advisors, Mathew practiced corporate law in Houston, Texas, during which time he represented businesses in complex litigation, transactions, and corporate restructuring. He joined Mercer Advisors as Deputy General Counsel in the company’s Houston office in May of 2017.
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Mathew now resides in Denver, Colorado while still maintaining his loyalty to the San Antonio Spurs.
