Josh is a Wealth Advisor based in Jacksonville, Florida. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2025. Josh began his financial services career in 2004 at Bass Underwriters. He spent 12 years at Fidelity Investments, advancing over the years from Trading Representative to Sr. Investment Consultant. Josh earned a B.S. degree in finance and economics from the University of Florida. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.

What makes you tick?

I grew up in North Florida as one of four boys. Our parents worked hard, always guided by a sense of purpose and a commitment to serving the greater good. Those values shaped how each of us pursued unique, service-oriented careers — and they continue to define how I approach both my work and my life.

What keeps you busy outside of work?

Most of my time is spent with my wife and young son. I enjoy new culinary experiences, Sunday family dinners at my parents’ house, and getting my hands dirty in the yard alongside my son.
